Trade Marketing Manager-D/T

岗位职责:
Design D/T channel trading terms and mid/long term developing strategy to make sure the channel growth.
Channel executable action plan development according to the strategy with regular tracking and review to ensure the business growth in terms of sales growth, active accounts growth and store coverage growth.
Channel DPMP guideline design and execution tracking to make sure the valid store (store achieves the DPMP guideline) growth.
Monthly promotion plan design to make sure the target delivery.
Distributor management and new D/T account development tracking.
Setup channel database including distributor information, sales and coverage information and OSI database; regular data analysis to find out the business opportunities.
Channel expense allocation, management and reimbursement.
任职要求:
At least 10 years FMCG sales experience in multinational company
5-8 years experience in trade marketing area or channel management area.
Good business sense.
Excellent data analysis skill.
Excellent Microsoft office skill.
Good communication and inter personal skill
Open minded
Passion for winning and positive attitude to challenges.
