1. Preparation Stage
Step 1: Contact. Consultant’s preliminary communication with clients, we understand clients’ initial recruiting demand, such as whether the clients want headhunters to be involved in the recruitment for the position and whether the position is a job category for which the headhunter is good at doing the candidate search.
Step 2: Communicate. A thorough understanding of the details of our client’s company, such as the corporate culture, current conditions, organization structure, management style, etc. We will fully understand the salary structure, responsibilities and the job skills required for the position. We analyze the job requirements to select the right candidates by working with our client’s company so as to ensure that the candidates can meet the expectation of clients and maintain a long-term stability at work.
Step 3: Sign up the contract. After the completion of the investigation for the position, both parties shall jointly negotiate and sign the "entrustment agreement" according to the results of the analysis for the positions, and both parties shall provide a copy of the business license.
2. Search Stage
Step 1: Range of Search. First, we will identify a range that will include the target companies and place the most potential candidates into the search list.
Step 2: Preliminary screening. Preliminary background checks of the target candidates will be made to determine the reliability of their qualifications and we will contact those candidates to learn about their current status.
Step 3: Interview and test. By interviewing the candidates, we shall know more information about the candidates such as their character, management ability, professional knowledge and skills, working achievement, advantages and disadvantages, the reason to leave the company. With the information above we will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the candidates.
Step 4: Preliminary reference check. During this process we will determine the candidates we may recommend to the clients, and we maintain high responsibility for the task from our clients. A preliminary reference check will be done to ensure the authenticity of the information provided by the candidates.
3. Recommendation Stage
Step 1: Preliminary interview. When suitable candidates are identified, the relevant information and evaluation reports of the candidates will be provided for the clients. We will consult the clients for some opinions and arrange an interview between the candidates and clients.
Step 2: For senior positions, at least two or more interviews and tests should take place between clients and candidates, and the candidate will have a more in-depth understanding of the status of the company. During the process our consultants will maintain a seamless communication with both the candidates and clients by different forms of coordination.
Step 3: Offer negotiation. On reaching a basic consensus, we begin to take steps in substantive negotiations mainly including the confirmation of the basic rights and obligations of the 2 parties, such as the candidate's package and the achievements that the company wishes the candidate to accomplish and other requirements, etc.
Step 4: Sign an offer. If both parties sign the offer, that means the candidate search by our company is completed. The guarantee period we provide is usually three months.
Step 5: Our consultants will track the candidates within a period of time after they join their new company. Thus we can know about how candidates perform at their new jobs and timely eliminate misunderstandings that may occur between candidates and clients. Then we will conduct a review of our work as well.
