     We attach great importance to the reference check of the candidates, and we shall inform the clients in a timely manner once we find out the fake information and other serious problems about the candidates and we will advise the clients to give up the candidates even if they are in their offer stage.

 

The process of the reference check is as follows:

1. Firstly, the candidates’ working experience.

The verification of work experience is mainly conducted by reference of the key quality model of the position.

In general, we will conduct a reference check of a candidate’s recent three companies he/she has worked for. If the candidate has been in the current company for more than 10 years, then people in his/her current company only will be consulted. The reference check includes job responsibilities, performance, reputation, working attitude, performance and others of the candidates.

 

2. Secondly, the candidates’ competence and reputation.

A candidate's ability to work in the company can be learned by his/her performance and team management. Candidates’ reputation, including personality and interpersonal relationship, can also be understood through a series of questions.

 

3. Thirdly, the potential of candidates.

By doing the reference check of a candidate's past experience of working, we can know how a candidate matches the position and whether he/she will adapt to his/her new position after he/she enters the company.
